Our warranty is designed to offer fair, transparent coverage while protecting against unreasonable liability—just as industry leaders do.
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
Carat Perfect offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in craftsmanship or materials under normal wear. If your piece is found to have a qualifying defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
Covered Manufacturing Defects:
• Loose melee or accent stones due to improper setting
• Broken or weakened prongs (not due to impact)
• Cracks in metal due to poor casting
• Faulty clasps or closures
All claims are subject to professional inspection. If we confirm a manufacturing fault, we’ll perform the repair or replacement at no cost to you.
One-Year Complimentary Service Coverage
Includes:
• Stone tightening
• Rhodium re-plating for white gold
• Polishing and cleaning
• One ring resizing (for eligible styles)
After the first year, maintenance services are available for a fee.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
• Loss or theft of your jewelry
• Chips, cracks, or damage to center stones or larger accent stones
• Natural wear and tear (scratches, patina, worn prongs, bent shanks)
• Damage from improper care, accidents, or harsh chemicals
• Center stones not sourced from Carat Perfect
• Third-party alterations or repairs (these void the warranty)
• Resizing of eternity bands or complex custom settings
Carat Perfect is not liable for: emotional or sentimental value, incidental or consequential damages, or shipping issues outside of our control.

Submitting a Warranty Request
Steps:
1. Email us at help@caratperfect.com with your order number, issue description, and photos/videos.
2. We’ll provide return shipping instructions (insured, secure packaging required).
3. Our experts will inspect the item and confirm warranty eligibility. Approved issues are repaired free.
International Customers
Our warranty applies globally. International customers are responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified.
