What Qualifies

To be eligible for a price match, the diamond must:

• Be certified by GIA, IGI, or GCAL

• Have an exact match of certificate number

• Match in all quality attributes, including:

 - Carat weight
 - Cut, color, and clarity grades
 - Fluorescence, polish, symmetry
 - Table %, depth %, and overall measurements

• Be available for immediate purchase from a qualifying retailer

• Be listed at a publicly advertised, verifiable price

We only honor price match requests prior to your purchase.

How to Request a Price Match

To submit a price match request:

1.1. Email help@caratperfect.com with:

  - A link to the competitor's listing
  - A copy or link to the diamond certificate (GIA, IGI, or GCAL)
  - A brief note confirming the diamond is available for purchase

2. Our team will review the listing and respond within 1–2 business days.
  If approved, we’ll send you a custom checkout link with the matched price.

Exclusions

We do not offer price matching for:

• Uncertified or lab-grown diamonds without GIA, IGI, or GCAL reports

• Diamonds with different certificate numbers, even if specifications are similar

• Prices from marketplaces, auction sites, or unauthorized sellers

• Flash sales, clearance events, bundles, or promotional discounts

• Post-purchase price match requests

All matches are reviewed at Carat Perfect’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to verify availability and reject requests that do not meet our criteria.
